If you haven’t registered your return yet, please hold off until the 28th.
If you have already registered your return but haven’t received a return label, kindly email us at support@chimi-online.com and let us know you're waiting for a US return label. We’ll get back to you as soon as they’re available.

You can return items within 14 days of receiving them for a refund. Items must be:
In original condition
Unused and unworn
Refunds can take up to 30 days after we receive your return.
Please note:
No exchanges — return and place a new order
Shipping fees are non-refundable
A $6 return fee applies on all returns (as well as if your package is not collected)
For faulty or damaged items, you can file a claim within 1 year of delivery.
